Harvest Cellar - Harvest lab Technician
Location: St. Helena, CA
Begins approximately early July and ends approximately December.
This position will perform routine and special analysis on wine and its components including: sampling and analyzing wines in barrels and tanks, maintaining an accurate record of test results and procedures, and reading and interpreting results of analysis. The successful candidate will be able to work in a lab environment, follow instructions and take direction, work long hours (any shift 6-7 days per week), and have a valid California driver's license.
