Marketing Director
Location: St. Helena, CA
This position is responsible for being a key contributor to the development and execution of annual marketing plans for the Trinchero Napa Valley and Trinchero Family Brands, consistent with the Company’s growth and profit objectives.
The company has built a new winery to be the home of the Trinchero Napa Valley Brand and seeks to re-position the brand to take advantage of the new winery and winemaking team.
Some of the responsibilities include managing major brand-building initiatives such as new product introductions, re-launches and major packaging changes, leading cross functional teams to drive portions of a project/plan, initiating analyses projects and using a variety of data sources to analyze relevant business situations and uncover business drivers and growth opportunities, structures and conducts research for new and existing products and uses knowledge about consumers, competition, and customers to assess and create business solutions and provide ideas that support brand strategy. Ideal candidate will have ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents, ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community, ability to effectively present information to top management, public, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
