Quattro Theory
Quattro Theory Napa Valley wines are inspired by four generations of Trinchero family legacy, blending time-honored wisdom with modern craftsmanship to create balanced and food-friendly wines.
For more than 75 years, the Trinchero family has made wine in Napa Valley. With each new vintage, each new acre of vineyard, and each new generation, our story has grown—yet our family’s vision remains the same: to produce exceptional Napa Valley wines. Over the past four decades, the family has established estate vineyards spanning the region from north to south and from valley floor to mountaintop, all sustainably farmed to express the character of each site while preserving the land for future generations. These vineyards form the foundation of Quattro Theory wines, complemented by a small number of longtime, family-owned grower partners.
Winemaker, Emily Haines
Emily’s attention to detail and keen palate developed over 17 years as a winemaker are key to the success of Quattro Theory’s small-lot approach (and her background in biochemistry and biotechnology doesn’t hurt, either). “Every decision, from growing season to bottling, has an impact on the wine in the glass, and I appreciate having the ability to precisely tailor our practices in the vineyard and the cellar to each lot. This allows us to protect and highlight the aromatics and flavors unique to each, and to produce expressive, balanced wines that drink well now, and will drink well years from now.”
Vineyards
Quattro Theory wines are sourced predominantly from certified sustainable, estate grown vineyards. Our vineyards are meticulously managed to support quality at every stage of the growing season. With a focus on vine health above and below the ground we support vine self-nutrition, ensure quality hydration and undergo canopy management for the optimal sun exposure. All our fruit is hand harvested at optimal ripeness.
